How We Started

Kids University began with a mission to make STEM learning accessible for all children.

Our Journey

From small workshops to partnerships with schools, we're bringing STEM to children across Uganda.

We aim to empower children to create, innovate, and lead through hands-on STEM education.

STEM at School

STEM Toys and Kits for Hands-on-Learning at Home

STEM Hour

We offer structured STEM Hour programs where students work on fun, hands on projects in groups, supervised by their teachers. This weekly activity fosters creativity and teamwork.

Group Projects

Students work in groups on various STEM projects. Each group is given a fun name, and the best-performing groups are rewarded with prizes and recognition.

STEM Day

At the end of each term, we organize a STEM Day where parents are invited to see the projects their children have worked on. Students present their projects and explain what they've learned.

STEM Day

Each term, we organize a STEM Day in schools where parents and teachers can come and see the amazing STEM projects students have worked on.

Student Recognition

Exceptional students and groups are rewarded with gifts and certificates. These STEM Certificates are co-branded with Kids University and the school, summarizing the student's learning and achievements.

CERTIFICATE

Students receive co-branded STEM T-shirts, fostering pride in being part of the STEM movement.

Parent Awards

We also recognize parents who actively participate in their child's STEM learning journey by submitting the Home STEM Activity Notebook.
